About us
Educaid NGO works in several countries, building aid relationships in the educational field, empowering and reinforcing the capacity of different educational systems to face the needs of all children, paying particular attention to the ones most in need, to disabled children who are emarginated , to those who are suffering because of conflict in their countries. That’s why from Bosnia to Kosovo, Macedonia to Palestine and Senegal and in all the countries that EducAid will be given the chance to work in, their first main objective is to support local institutions in the bringing up of future generations: the true, great hope of our planet.
All this comes from the humble workings of decentralized cooperation: recognizing and admitting that we all come from specific territories and cultures, trying to valorise everything that this belonging can offer when relationships are developed. When developing such relationships Educaid places great importance on seeing things from the same perspective in terms of sufferance and difficulties experienced by other cultures. As this proposal is so simple, yet, at the same time is so difficult to explain and propose to common opinion, we have naturally developed a relationship with our territory through dialogue with younger generations. From this premise Educaid has carried out rewarding yet tiring work over a number of years, meeting many faces of teacher/student life.
